FAQ

Q. Do you make free designs?

A. Unfortunately, due to high requests I don't make free graphic design work. Also, as I focus on my paid client work, YouTube channel and also Twitter I am left with no spare time to create free work.

Q. How do I pay for a Design?

A. I currently only accept payments completed via PayPal. This is because PayPal is the best site for requesting and sending money. I use PayPal invoice to request the payment, which sends an invoice to both your PayPal email and summary page.

Q. Do I pay for the designs first or once they have been completed?

A. As a safety procedure for me as a seller, I always accept payment upfront due to countless bad experiences. 99% of clients I have the pleasure of working with are honest and understanding but just as a precaution I will continue to accept payment first.

Q. Am I subject to revisions after the designs are completed?

A. The customer is held responsible to provide specific details in order for the design to meet their vision. Once the design is complete only small and responsible changes can be made, which will be agreed on by both myself and the client.

T&C's

Payment Policy, Design Process & Customer Sanctification:

All payments sent via PayPal to 'creativestate@mail.com' are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The customer agrees that they are purchasing an electronic product. Which in this case is a design. As a merchant I have full rights to price my work at what I feel is best suited for the project at hand. This tends to occur when more work is involved during an order than the usual request.

Before I begin with the design process I request for as much details as possible. The customer is held responsible during this process to provide specific details in order for the design to meet their vision. If there are details the client does not provide I will not be hold responsible for any large changes. However, minimal and understandable changes to the design are accepted. The design completion time always will vary on the order at hand, so I ask for the client to please be patient during this process as I start the design process.

Once the work is complete, I group all of the files together and upload the folder to Dropbox (A file uploading site). The client will then be sent a link to download the designs which is recommended to be done on a computer instead of a mobile device for the best results.
